How to Properly Do and Aikido Jūji Garami or Juji Nage
Jūji Garami (Crossed Arm Lock) or Juji Nage (Crossed Arm Throw) are Aikido technique that crosses the attacker’s (uke) arms.
Although there can be many ways to do Juji Nage there are three basic ways to do it.
- Mune Dori (Chest Lapel Grab)
- Ryote Dori Ushiro Waza (Grab the two forearms from behind)
- Ushiro Kubishime Katate Dori (Neck choke and forearm grab)
